For appliances if found defective, please contact customer service at "PROASIA TRADING COMPANY." and instructions on how to return the same will be given. Once the defective goods are received back, a replacement will be sent immediately.

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 15 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives;.

If any packages are returned back to moonwalkerofficial.com due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers are  subject to pay a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by moonwalkerofficial.com to send the shipment. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment. Refunds will be made in the same form in which payment was received.

• Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, especially in the case of DVDs (including defective chapter name), as all returned items are examined for defects. Non-defective DVDs shall be returned to the customer and no shipping charges shall be refunded to them.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery charges

a. You will be shown the delivery charges due for each order prior to making a payment. We work with logistics providers to provide you with the best possible rates, where applicable.

2. Dispatch time

Please allow 2-5 working days post your placement in order for the shipment to be dispatched.

3. Delivery time

The delivery time is approximately 5 working days for domestic shipments from the date of shipment within India. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by you at the time of the order.

Though we endeavour to ensure that the shipment reaches you in time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Damaged / Defective goods
